You will have two opportunities to win a free booth for the 2020 Summit. Here’s how:

1. A drawing of Exhibitors’ Business Cards will be held during the Tuesday afternoon break. One lucky exhibitor will win a free booth for the 2020 SC Education and Business Summit.

2. Incorporate this year’s Summit theme, "2019 Education and Business Summit: Thirty Years of Ensuring Future-Ready CTE."  into your booth design. SCACTE officers will select the booth where the theme is best presented.

The 2019 Education & Business Summit will welcome 1400+ business and education leaders, such as:

  • business executives
  • career development professionals
  • district level directors of career and technical education
  • school principals
  • school superintendents
  • teachers

S.C. Department of Education, the University of South Carolina, the State of South Carolina, Palmetto Planners, and the S.C. Association for Career and Technical Education (SCACTE), are not liable for loss of or damage to the exhibitor’s property. The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to the exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought onto the premises of the Greenville Convention Center, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the S.C. Department of Education, SCACTE, the State of South Carolina and the Summit Participants.

Security will be provided at the Greenville Convention Center in Greenville on Monday night.

Exhibit Booths
All booths will be 10’x 10’ with a background and 3’ sides. A sign with the company name, as listed on application, will be provided along with a fully skirted six foot table, and two chairs.


  • One Booth $600
  • Two Booths $850
  • Three Booths $1000
  • Four Booths $1,100

Any cancellation of exhibit space must be received in writing by SCACTE no later than May 3, 2019 to receive a refund, minus a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds after May 3, 2019.

Two weeks prior to the conference, you will receive a confirmation notice by email along with directions to the conference site. SCACTE reserves the right to assign booth space.

If you need electricity, please select the appropriate field on the application form. The charge for 20-30 amp/110 volt electricity is as follows:

  • Before May 3, 2019 - $80
  • After May 3, 2019 - $100

Exhibitor Listing
An official listing of all exhibitors, with company name, contact information and a brief description of the service will be posted on the SCACTE website: after the conference for all attendees to have access and will be included on the APP.  Be sure this information is provided accurately on the application. To ensure your company is included on the list, your application must be received by May 3, 2019.

Storage is available two weeks prior to the conference through PRX Exposition Services/Displays Unlimited LLC. They can transport the stored materials to the Greenville Convention Center. If you require storage or freight services, contact:
